To begin, simply enable the Royal Mail Click & Drop Export app via our App Center. Once you have added the app, you have two ways of exporting the orders
Open the app and select the date range of orders you want to export. Once you make your selection and click the “Export Orders” button, your file will be ready for you to download.

Select the orders you want to export by clicking the tick box next to them. You can then click the “Options” tab, and select “Export to Royal Mail Click & Drop” button.
Once you have the file, simply use the import feature within your Royal Mail Click & Drop account to get your orders into your account and ready for shipping!
