What Is The Loyalty Points System?
Loyalty Points allow your customers to earn points for their interactions with your website. Every time they make a purchase, sign up to your Newsletter, write a Review, and more, they’ll accumulate points that can be redeemed for a variety of rewards such as Free Shipping and Money off! This creates an incentive for customers to return to your site, thereby increasing their overall earnings and strengthening brand loyalty.
How Does It Work?
Our loyalty system is fully integrated onto your website, so your customers can start collecting points right away. This is how it works:
Earning Points:
- Welcome Gift: When a user registers on your website for the first time, they will receive points equal to the amount you specify in your Control Panel.
- Placing an Order: Each time a customer buys a product from your website, they earn points based on the amount you set in your Control Panel
- Write a Review: This allows you to specify how many points your consumer will receive when they post a review on your store. A great approach to get those important reviews!
- Cashback: This option allows you to specify the number of points they receive for each £1 spent in your store. For example, if the total cost of an order is £300, the buyer will earn 300 loyalty points.
- Newsletter Signup: This allows you to specify how many points you want to reward your customers that sign up for your newsletter using the form on your store.
This allows you to create ways in which your customers can earn loyalty points and set how many points they can gain from each action.
Redeeming Points:
- Money Off: By selecting this option you can configure a way for your customers to redeem a set monetary amount off the total order amount.
- Percentage Off: Customers can get a set percentage off their orders when they redeem this option!
- Free Shipping: By having this option activated, you can allow your customers to remove the full shipping cost of their order.
This allows you to create ways for your customers to redeem Loyalty Points that they have earned from previous orders.
Display Options:
In your control panel, you can customise the colouration of the loyalty points areas to match your site’s colours. You can also choose to display the Footer Banner, informing users on how to earn your Loyalty Points!
Who Can Use Our Loyalty Point System?
The Loyalty Point system is available on all of our paid plans, offering a wide range of benefits to enhance the customer experience. However, the ability to amend customer’s points is reserved solely for users on our Pro & Ridge plans
