Staff accounts are a great way to give your team access to your freewebstore. Once set up, you may wish to find out which pages your team is using on a day-to-day basis.
Reporting
With freewebstore Staff Accounts, you can get a feel for which pages your users have been looking at. The Staff Account activity feed lists which pages have been accessed and by whom. To take a look at this report, go to the My Account > Staff Account page.
On this page, you will notice the Staff Activity section. It will show you the username and the page that was requested. This activity is displayed in time order (most recent at the top). It will also indicate if these pages are Accessible (i.e. the user has permission to use this page) or if the page is Restricted.
If the page is Restricted, the user will not be able to access the information on this page. If this is a page that you think they need, you can grant them access in the Staff Account permissions section.
